Valor Real Estate Partners and QuadReal have acquired New England Industrial Estate for around £42m in what is the debut buy for their new €1bn joint venture, React News can reveal.

The duo has bought the 144,000 sq ft scheme from Legal & General as teh partners begin on their journey of building a portfolio of last-mile assets.
