Abderhamane Belhadad is a Vice President at Valor Real Estate Partners and is responsible for Asset Management.

Prior to joining Valor, Mr. Belhadad was a Technical Development Manager at Goodman France, where he was responsible for the development of warehouses in France.

Prior to Goodman, Mr. Belhadad was Project Manager at Bouygues Bâtiment in charge of the redevelopment of industrial units in Southern Paris for Prologis.

Previously Mr. Belhadad was a Real Estate Consultant at Deloitte in Paris and was responsible for valuation of industrial units and warehouses in Europe. He started his career as a TEDD Consultant for Golder Associates in 2001.

Mr. Belhadad graduated from ENSI Limoges (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs) and ESSEC Business School.  He is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2015.
