Brad Stitchberry is a Partner at Valor and is responsible for the leasing and performance of Valor Real Estate Partners’ Pan-European assets.

Mr. Stitchberry joined Valor in May 2018 from Prologis, where he served as Vice President – Market Officer (Fort Lauderdale) and was responsible for all aspects of a c.5 million square foot industrial portfolio.

Prior to joining Prologis, Mr. Stitchberry spent nine years at KTR Capital Partners (“KTR”). During his time at KTR, Mr. Stitchberry covered several markets including, Chicago, Nashville, and Phoenix. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, responsible for the leasing and performance of the KTR’s c.5 million square foot real estate portfolio in the state of Florida.

Prior to joining KTR, Mr. Stitchberry was an International Corporate Finance Analyst for Wachovia Bank where he was responsible for the underwriting and analysis of potential new deals with international companies and their US subsidiaries involving credit products such as revolving lines of credit, term loans, letters of credit, foreign exchange trading lines, and cash management services.

Mr. Stitchberry has a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
