Christian Jamison
Christian J. Jamison is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Valor Real Estate Partners LLP (“Valor”) and serves on its Investment & Lease Committee.
Valor was formed in 2016 by Christian Jamison, together with investment partners Jeffrey Kelter and Robert Savage. Mr Jamison oversees all aspects of the firm’s strategy and operations.
Prior to Valor, Mr. Jamison established Delin Capital Asset Management (“DCAM”) in 2012 and served as the company’s CEO until his departure from the business in early 2016. During his tenure as CEO, Mr. Jamison established DCAM within the European logistics real estate sector, built the team and created Capital Preservation Portfolio 1, a €500mm fund of prime European logistics properties totalling 6 million square feet.
Prior to DCAM, Mr. Jamison was an Executive Director within the Real Estate Structured Finance Group at JP Morgan, having begun his real estate career at GE Capital, where he was a Director responsible for originating equity and debt principal investments.
Mr. Jamison began his career in 1997 as an M&A banker at Robert Fleming & Co and then at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1999, before joining GE Capital in 2002. Mr. Jamison graduated from the University of Bristol with a B.Sc. in Economics & Politics.
