Pierre Richard is a Senior Associate at Valor Real Estate Partners.

Prior to joining Valor, Mr. Richard was a Project Manager at GSE, a French global contractor in commercial real estate and logistics buildings. He took part in several projects across the Paris area and the east of France, and predominantly built up skills in construction site management, feasibility studies and technical design.

Mr. Richard graduated from Ecole Centrale de Marseille and the University of Mons (Belgium) with a double master’s degree in Building Engineering and Architecture.
